Refund policy

At Liquid Luxe, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returns and refunds. This policy is designed to be easy to understand, user-friendly, and fair for both our customers and our business.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used items.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).

  • Gift cards.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at sales@liquidluxeaesthetics.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return the Item: Pack the item securely, including the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be applied to your  store credit or in the form of a store voucher within 7-10 business days. Refunds (if applicable) must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your product.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your email inbox : It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  2. Contact us: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  3.  If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@liquidluxeaesthetics.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@liquidluxeaesthetics.com with your order number and details about the product condition.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
